Hyderabad to get South India’s tallest skyscraper in Hyderabad telangana state

Hyderabad: South India’s tallest residential building is coming up in the city. The SAS Crown, to go 57 levels into the sky, will stand at 228 metres in the Golden Mile Layout at Kokapet. Spread across 4.5 acres, the building will have five towers comprising 235 residences.According to industry experts, the SAS Crown will overtake a 50-storied building in Bengaluru to become the tallest skyscraper in South India. Being constructed by the Hyderabad-based SAS Infra, the structure was granted a building permit by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) and was approved by the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority recently.Construction is underway and the project is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2025,” Ashish Bhattacharya from SAS Infra said. As of date, the price is Rs 8,950 per sft in SAS Crown with the starting price of each residence pegged at Rs 6 crore. The prices are expected to increase in coming days, a person associated with the project said.
